Anyone in Israel — whether you’re here as a tourist, student, business traveler, or caring for a loved one — can access private nursing and medical support.
Do I need a subscription?
No, subscriptions are not required. You can call Moshe for a one-time visit or phone consultation. For ongoing peace of mind and on-call access, weekly subscriptions are also available.
What services are available?
Services include IV fluids, wound care, injections, lab tests, vital signs, ECGs, strep tests, hospital accompaniment, and more — with physician consultations and referrals when necessary.
Do you come to hotels and rental apartments?
Yes. Care is provided wherever you are — at home, in a hotel, or in a short-term rental.
Are the fees reimbursable by insurance?
In many cases, services can be reimbursed by U.S. (and some international) insurance providers. However, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. We provide detailed documentation and receipts for claims, but do not work directly with insurance agencies or manage the claims process.
Do you speak English?
Yes. All care and communication are provided in English or Hebrew.
What happens in an emergency?
In the event of an urgent medical emergency, please call Magen David Adom (MDA) immediately at 101. Once emergency services are on the way, you may also call Moshe for additional care and guidance. He can help coordinate with MDA to ensure you are taken to the appropriate hospital and receive the right care.
